Description:
An initiate is someone newly accepted into the guild via there guild application. Initiate will remain at this status for a period of one month probationary where they will then be considered for member status. During this time they are to represent the guild with maturity and treat other guildies with maturity. Even though they should have already read the charter and DKP explanation they should also take this time to familiarize themselves with the guild. Initiates are not allowed alts in the guild or allowed bank access until they have reached member status.

Description:
A member of Bedlam is anyone with a tenure in the guild between 1 month and 4 months. It is the next level of probationary period.
Members are expected to represent the guild with maturity within guild and without. Also it is their responsibility to have become knowledgeable of the guild charter and the guild DKP explanation.
Members will also be asked to aid initiates with questions and direct them in whatever manner they can.

Description:
A veteran is someone who has been in the guild for a minimum of 4 months and has been actively logging in and being a part of the guild. Veteran should be knowledgable of regular things about the guild. They should be familiar with the charter and the DKP rules. They should know who is who in guild.
Veterans main position in the guild is to just be a firm support tree for new guild members. Veterans should be able to tell a newly appointed member who they might look to for a profession favor or be able to point a new inititate in the right direction to talk with their class leader.
Veterans are honored members of the guild and are people who can be relied on to represent the guild best.

Description:
The raid officer will play a vital role in our raiding experience.
Raid officers are expected to be able to lead our raids with tact and diplomacy. They will be required to make decisions as to best make up of a run when necessary and be able to organize random rolls offs for positions in a raid.
Raid officers will be required to control their raids and make sure that everyone knows what their responsibilties during a raid. They will call out who is main tanks and off tanks. They will also call out what healers are to heal what other toons.
Raid leaders will also be responsible to assess characters during a raid and take the time to contact them after the raid and let them know of there is anything they can improve on.
Raid leaders will be responsible for distribution of loot during a raid which also will entail them to keep a note of who attended the raid, who is on sits list and who received what during the raid. Which is then to be reported to the guild leader so it can be posted on the website.
Overall the raid leader will need to be a strong character with the ability to be organized and show tact with other players.

Description:
The Class Officer will be responsible for guidance to anyone in the class they are assigned to. The class officer is required to have a level 70 in the class that they are assigned to.
The main responsibilities of the class officer will be for them be knowledgeable of all the builds available for their class and for them to be able to point guildies to which spec they should use for end game raiding. Some classes can function in many different builds while other are more confined in what works best for raiding.
The class officer will also have to be knowledgeable of what potions, flask, elixirs, food and any weapon appliers like Wizard's oil's or rogue poisons.
The class officer should also be prepared to answer general quesitons about their class. For example, if a rogue asks their class officer if Sharpening stones and poisons can be used in conjunction they need to know that they can't.

Description:
Being a Co-leader means that you have committed yourself to the guild and will always be looking to work toward the better interest of the guild.
As a Co-leader you may be given responsibilites in the guild such as recruitement specialists or mitigator in guild disputes. Also as a Co-leader you will help make sound decisions as to what our plans will be for raiding schedules, what type of classes we will recruit to fill out the missing spots in the guild and overall just making sure that new members and current members know what we expect them to bring to the guild and direct them to things such as website registration in the absence of myself.
The position will also be to collaborate with the guild leader in matters of staffing and raiding. Co-leaders are expected to represent this guild to a higher level. Tact and dipomacy will be expected of you in all forms of communication whether it be in guild or out.
